Shari L Comerford

Shari L Comerford is an experienced Staff Development Manager at Credit Union of New Jersey since July 2013, where responsibilities include orientating new hires with technical, product, and cultural training, as well as developing training curriculums for future team member growth. Previously, Shari served as a Staff Development Specialist, focusing on training, employee development, recruitment, staffing, and employee relations. Prior experience includes a lengthy tenure at First Financial Federal Credit Union from July 1984 to October 2012, where Shari was involved in onboarding new employees, maintaining training records, designing and facilitating educational programs, and formulating training procedures. Furthering professional development, Shari attended the National Association of Federal Credit Unions Management Development Institute in 2007 and the American Management Association from 1992 to 1996, following education at Neptune Senior High School from 1981 to 1984.
