Karen Rodriguez

Karen Rodriguez is an experienced HRIS and Data Analyst currently working at the Credit Union of Southern California since November 2022, where responsibilities include managing people systems and benefits. Previous positions include Benefits Manager and Benefits Supervisor at Molina Healthcare from January 2018 to June 2022, where a layoff occurred. Prior to that, Karen served in various roles at PIH Health, Advantage Sales & Marketing, CHOC Children’s Hospital of Orange County, and Prandium, Inc., with a focus on benefits and compensation analysis. Karen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Management with a focus on Human Resources from DeVry University and an Associate of Arts from Santa Ana College.
