Joseph Ramirez

Joseph Ramirez is the current Branch Manager at Credit Union of Texas. Joseph has also served as the Administrative Director/CFO of Maui AIDS Foundation, Director of Accounting & Data Processing of United Marketing, Inc., Vice President of Centennial Capital Corporation & American Capital Corporation, and Accounting Manager of United American Financial Corp.

From January 1994 to December 2003, Joseph was the Administrative Director/CFO of Maui AIDS Foundation. In this role, they were responsible for finance, budget, fundraising, grants, grants management, client advocacy, office administration, database management, computer operations, HR management, and benefits administration.

From January 1990 to December 1991, Joseph served as the Director of Accounting & Data Processing for United Marketing, Inc. In this role, they managed the IT and Accounting Departments for a real estate property and development company. Joseph also prepared monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for all managed properties and partnerships, performed analyses of various projects before acquisitions, and developed annual operating budgets. The IT department they managed included personal computers and an IBM mainframe computer.

From January 1987 to December 1989, Joseph served as the Vice President of Centennial Capital Corporation & American Capital Corporation. And from January 1985 to December 1988, they served as the Accounting Manager of United American Financial Corp.
