Diana Cruz

VP, Loss Prevention at Credit Union West

Diana Cruz has been working in the financial industry for over 25 years. Diana started their career as a bank teller at Bank of America and then transitioned to customer service at Fireside Thrift & Loan and GE Medical Systems. In 2001, they began working at Xceed Financial Credit Union as an information specialist and then became an accounts receivable processor. In 2008, they were promoted to staff accountant and then to senior accountant in 2017. Diana is currently the VP of Enterprise Risk Management at Credit Union West.

Diana Cruz has a certification in Accounting Principles from Santa Monica College, an Associate of Arts in Administrative Assistant from Cerritos College, and a Business Administration and Management degree from the University of Phoenix.

Diana Cruz works with Bob Birr - VP, Chief Lending Officer, Connie Loveland - SVP & CFO, and Yvonne Ross - VP, Human Resources & Development. Diana Cruz reports to Karen Roch, President & CEO.
