Ning Duong, CUDE, has extensive leadership experience in the financial services sector, currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Credit Union West since May 2021, focusing on strategic planning and organizational objectives. Previous roles include Executive Consultant for the California Department of Public Health during the pandemic, Chief Retail Officer at San Francisco Federal Credit Union, and Vice President positions at Rabobank N.A., Patelco Credit Union, and Golden 1 Credit Union, where responsibilities spanned sales, service, operations, and digital delivery initiatives. Ning Duong holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University Global and is currently pursuing a Master's in Human Resources and Employment Law at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University.
