Ally Melanson has experience in various roles including Community stewardship crew lead, Visitor services crew member, Crew Lead in Community Stewardship, Customer Service Representative in Visitor Services, and Habitat Restoration Assistant. They also worked as a Residence Assistant at the University of Guelph, a Summer Garden Student at Orangeville Food Bank, a Nursery Sales Associate at The Home Depot, and a Summer Camp Counselor at the City of Brampton. Ally Melanson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Wildlife Biology and Conservation from the University of Guelph.
Credit Valley Conservation
Credit Valley Conservation (CVC) is a local conservation authority established by the Ontario government in 1954 to protect, restore and enhance the natural environment of the Credit River watershed. That watershed is the area of land where all rainfall, snowmelt and runoff drain into lands and waters flowing into the Credit River. CVC creates connections between people and nature, knowledge and action. It inspires a deep appreciation for the role of nature in keeping people connected, healthy and happy. CVC is a member of Conservation Ontario.
