B.R. Diwakar

B. R. Diwakar is currently the Chief Executive Officer of CreditAccess India. Prior to this, he was Director-Finance & CFO at CreditAccess Grameen Limited, and in the nine-year stint built the business to scale while leading the company’s foray into public markets and an acquisition of another NBFC-MFI. His credit and risk management experience in financial sector encompasses working with IFMR Capital, ACCION International, ICICI Bank, SIDBI and Life Insurance Corporation of India, in a career spanning close to 30 years. Diwakar is a Post Graduate in Commerce from Osmania University, Hyderabad, India.
