Amanda Nideck

Amanda Nideck has extensive experience in organizational development and human resources, currently serving as the Head of Culture and Development at Creditas since April 2018, overseeing global initiatives in culture, learning, internal communication, and diversity. Previously, Amanda held the position of Head of People in Spain, managing the human resources ecosystem for the technology hub. Additionally, Amanda is involved with Gama Academy as a Soft Skills Trainer and has held various roles linked to learning and development. Amanda's prior experience includes positions at Consórcio BRT and the Tribunal de Justiça do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, initially as a Human Resources Analyst and later as Human Resources Coordinator. Amanda holds a Pós Graduação in Administration, Business, and Marketing from FGV and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Universidade Federal Fluminense.
