Ashfa Bashir

Ashfa Bashir is a seasoned professional in human resources and people management, currently serving as the Head of People and Culture at CreditBook since March 2023. Prior to this role, Ashfa held key positions at Airlift Technologies as the People Strategy Lead and at Fatima Group as an HR Business Associate and HR Officer. Ashfa's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts (B.A. Hons.) in Psychology and Philosophy from the University of Oxford and a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
