Aodhan Flynn

Aodhan Flynn has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. They started their career as a student at the National Microelectronics Applications Centre in 2001. From there, they worked as a Developer at Meteor Mobile in 2002. Aodhan then joined Fusioneer in 2003 as a Senior Web Applications Developer, where they focused on building front-end web solutions for an online gaming site. In this role, Aodhan made significant improvements to the website's performance and revenue through various projects and also provided team mentoring and support.

In 2007, Aodhan moved to Pocket Kings as a Senior Manager, leading the Payments Performance Team. They were responsible for improving credit card acceptance rates, reducing fraud and chargeback rates, and expanding the number of payment methods. These efforts contributed to player growth outside of the US.

Aodhan joined Facebook in 2011 as the Payment Partnerships & Operations Manager, where they led international payment partnerships and operations. They launched initiatives such as Facebook's first Payment Optimization team and Direct Debit for Facebook Ads, focusing on user experience and driving incremental revenue.

From 2013 to 2022, Aodhan worked at Twitter, holding various senior director roles. They led global revenue and partner operations, overseeing a team of over 100 people. Aodhan also played a crucial role in expanding the internal sales support function outside of North America and implementing initiatives to improve operational efficiency and support effectiveness. They were recognized with the Revenue Org award for Global Perspective in 2014.

Most recently, Aodhan joined CreditLogic as the Chief Operating Officer in 2023.

Aodhan Flynn completed their education by attending the University of Limerick from 1999 to 2003. Aodhan earned a BTech. degree in Information Technology & Telecommunications during this time. In 2019, they also attended The Wharton School for the Twitter Business Academy program, specializing in Strategic Leadership.
