Katrine Heick

Katrine Heick has had a diverse work experience, starting as a server in the AC Hotel Bella Sky Copenhagen in 2010 before becoming a travel guide at Bravo Tours in 2013. Katrine worked at TDC as a customer service representative from 2014 to 2015, where they dealt with customers' diverse problems with empathy. Heick was a hostess, a team leader (volunteer), and an intern in event management at Meyers Madhus between 2016 and 2018. In Relesys, they were a project coordinator from 2018 to 2019 and helped bridge the communication gap between the headquarters and non-desk workers. Heick later became a media analyst at Mediatrack from 2019 to 2023, analyzing data and monitoring media. Currently, they work as a business development representative for Visma Creditro A/S.

Katrine Heick started their education journey at EF Executive Language Institute in 2007, where they pursued a language program that focused on English. In 2009, they went to Niels Brock and earned a HHX degree in Spansk rejseklasse. In 2012, they completed a Guide - Rejseleder degree from Service&Co guideskole with a specialism in Charter og skiguide. In 2015, they went to Copenhagen Business Academy to pursue a degree in Event Management, which they accomplished in 2017. From 2017 to 2019, they also completed a degree in International innovation og entrepreneurship from the same institution. Recently, Katrine Heick started a Master of Business Administration - MBA degree from York St. John University, focusing on Innovation, Leadership & Consulting, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
