Amruta Joshi

Amruta Joshi currently serves as the Head of Pre Charge Off Collection Performance at Mercury® Financial since March 2024. Prior to this role, Amruta was the Sr. Director of Customer Success at Finvi from December 2021 to March 2024 and the Director of Customer Success at Katabat from October 2009 to December 2021, achieving significant growth and client retention. Amruta has also held positions such as Director of Project Management and Product Manager at Katabat, and Business Analyst roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Capital One. Amruta holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Mumbai and a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Fairfax.
