Laura Martin

Laura Martin has substantial experience in the financial industry, starting with their role as a Client Server Developer/Programmer at IES in LaGrange, GA from 1987-1989. Laura then moved to TSYS in 1990, where they held various roles in IT, including Senior Director of Information Technology. During their time at TSYS, Laura managed multiple card processing platforms and was responsible for areas such as product marketing, risk management, and system security. Additionally, they worked on numerous software development projects and played a key role in strategic initiatives. In 2015, Laura joined Strategic Staffing Solutions as a Senior Program Manager, using their expertise in TSYS to assist financial institutions and card issuers with their TSYS integration. Laura also worked as an independent consultant at Culpepper Martin Consulting, LLC, before joining CreditShop as a Client Services and Support Manager in 2018. Most recently, Laura became the Associate Director of TSYS Client Services at Mercury Financial in January 2022.

Laura Martin obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and English from LaGrange College, where they attended from 1985 to 1989. Laura also pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at Columbus State University, although the specific start and end years for this degree were not provided.
