Charles Johnston, CFA, has extensive experience in energy research, currently serving as the Head of Energy at CreditSights since November 2012, leading research on Investment Grade and High Yield Midstream, Upstream, and Integrated issuers. Previous roles at CreditSights include being a Senior Analyst for MLPs/Energy Infrastructure and Coal Producers, where responsibilities included covering substantial portfolios of investment-grade and high-yield companies. Prior to CreditSights, Charles held positions at Telsey Advisory Group, supporting equity research in various sectors, and at ASG Capital, where Charles managed communication and marketing materials for fund launches. Charles holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the University of Central Florida and a Master of Science in Finance from Florida International University.
