Shreya Basarge

Shreya Basarge is a senior analytics professional with extensive experience in credit risk strategy and data-driven decision-making. Currently serving as Senior Director of Analytics at Billd since February 2023, Shreya is a founding member focused on transforming lending and credit risk strategies within the $1.8 trillion construction industry. Prior to Billd, Shreya held various roles at EXL from May 2016 to February 2023, including Senior AVP and Senior Manager, where responsibilities included developing analytical frameworks, managing credit risk analytics, and optimizing customer management strategies. Shreya's earlier experience includes positions as Manager at a large UK bank, intern at Deutsche Bank, and Senior Business Analyst at Mu Sigma, culminating in significant contributions to pricing strategies, campaign performance, and customer retention across multiple sectors. Shreya holds an MBA in Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and a Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation and Control from Vishwakarma Institute of Technology.
