Tina Woodhart

Tina Woodhart is a seasoned professional in People Operations with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as VP of People Operations at Billd since April 2023, Tina previously held multiple leadership roles at Bench Accounting, including Senior Director of People Operations and Director of Total Rewards and People Technology. During tenure at Bench Accounting, Tina was responsible for designing and implementing total rewards programs and overseeing HR technology strategy. Prior experience includes positions at Deloitte Consulting, where Tina delivered organizational strategy and change management, as well as independent consultancy for major transformation projects in Europe. Tina's early career featured achievements as a high-performance athlete with the British Rowing Team, including participation in the 2008 Beijing Olympics and success in several World Championships. Tina's educational background includes a Certificate in Management Accounting from CIMA and a Project Management Prince2 Certification from the University of Nottingham.
