Jim Hemmer

Jim Hemmer has a long and successful career in the IT and software industry. Jim began their career in 1989 as Vice President of CSC (now DXC Technology), where they led various business units around the world for various product lines. In 1998, they became Senior Vice President of Operations at Beechwood, a privately held Insight Venture backed telecom software and services company acquired by Cap Gemini. During their time there, they completed a total restructure of the business, breaking organization into business units, establishing financial controls, solidifying the operating model to software and services, and creating the go-to-market solution sets, partners and channels. In 2000, Jim took on the role of Senior Vice President and General Manager at ADC, where they increased revenue by 200% in a two-year period, positioning the company for sale. Jim then moved on to Antenna Software, a global B2B enterprise software company, where they led all aspects of company growth from startup to dynamic market leader organically and through four strategic acquisitions of competitors and related technology companies delivering strong annualized growth and positioning the company for sale. In 2014, Jim became Chief Executive Officer at WorkStride, where they enabled the world's most dynamic companies to harness a shared purpose through a proven, people-driven software platform. Most recently, Jim has been Chief Executive Officer at CreditXpert since 2020, where they have helped millions of borrowers gain access to better loans while becoming more profitable using credit score improvement tools.

Jim Hemmer received their MBA from The Wharton School and their BSEE from Rutgers University.
