James Laufman

James Laufman currently serves as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Chief Legal Officer at Automation Anywhere since October 2018. Prior to this role, James held the position of Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Infinera from October 2014 to December 2018. James also worked as Vice President and General Counsel at Marvell from October 2008 to October 2014, and served as Vice President and General Counsel at Integrated Device Technology, Inc. from September 1999 to October 2008. Earlier in the career, James was Senior Corporate Counsel at Quantum Corporation for a brief period in 1999 and worked as Vice President and General Counsel at Rohm Corporation from November 1994 to December 1998. James Laufman earned a Juris Doctor degree from Santa Clara University School of Law between 1987 and 1990.
