Charlotte Heckard

Charlotte Heckard has a background in event planning and marketing. Charlotte started their career at Avison Young in 2015 as an Administrative Coordinator, supporting marketing efforts for the Tenant Representation and Leasing Teams. In 2018, they transitioned into the role of Marketing Coordinator, specifically focused on Investment Sales & Structured Finance. After their time at Avison Young, Charlotte joined cred. in 2019 as an Event Planner. Charlotte then advanced to the role of Senior Planner in March 2020 and currently serves as an Event Manager since January 2022.

Charlotte Heckard attended Norfolk Academy from 2007 to 2011. Charlotte then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Virginia Tech - Pamplin College of Business, graduating in 2015. Additionally, in 2013, they participated in a 4-week Study Abroad Program at the Bergundy School of Business and the University of Munster. Charlotte recently obtained a certification in Google Sheets Essential Training from LinkedIn in April 2022.
