Katia Komar is a seasoned professional in eCommerce and customer experience, currently serving as the Global Head of eCommerce Customer Experience at Creed since July 2025. Prior to this role, Katia held several key positions at Orveon Global, including Senior Manager of Ecommerce Customer Service and Operations, and Ecommerce Customer and Operations Manager. Experience also includes a role as Consumer Response and Ecommerce Operations Supervisor at Shiseido and Global Ecommerce Consultant at YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP. Katia's career began with various positions focusing on business development and management, including Project Manager at IRN and Business Development Manager at Authentic Villa Holidays Ltd and Zagreb Traffic Institute Ltd.
