Carl Mellström

Carl Mellström began their career in 2011 as a Redovisningsassistent at PwC Sweden. In 2014, they moved to Matrisen, where they worked as a Redovisningsassistent. In 2016, they joined Dfind Finance as a Konsultchef and Talent Manager. Theirprimary responsibility as Talent Manager was to ensure a strong candidate flow to both the consultancy and recruitment assignments. Carl also wrote advertisements, searched, reviewed applications, conducted interviews, administered competency and personality tests, and attended open houses, fairs, and job markets. Carl recruited for roles such as Ekonomiassistenter, Redovisningsekonomer, Business Controllers, Financial Controllers, Ekonomi/Redovisningsansvariga, and Ekonomichefer. Carl also worked as a Sourcing Assistent. In 2019, they moved to Randstad Finance Sweden as a Senior Consultant Manager Randstad Finance. In 2022, they joined Creed Media as Head of Talent Acquisition and Recruiting Specialist.

Carl Mellström attended Stockholm University from 2014 to 2017, graduating with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Business & Administration.
