Alex Leybov

Alex Leybov has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Alex is the founder of CREED since May 2020. Before that, they worked as a Principal at LBV Equities from September 2018 to October 2020. Prior to that, they were the CMBS Group Head at Arbor Realty Trust from May 2016 to April 2018. Alex also worked in CMBS Origination at Credit Suisse from May 2015 to May 2016 and in CMBS Securitization and Underwriting at The Bancorp from May 2012 to May 2015. Additionally, they served as Vice President, Associate, and Analyst at RAIT Financial Trust from December 2006 to March 2012 and as an Analyst at Taberna Realty Finance Trust from January 2006 to December 2006. Alex started their career as an Analyst Intern at Torsiello Capital Advisors from June 2005 to November 2005.

Alex Leybov attended the University of Rochester from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics.
