Kolette McDonald, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries and roles. Kolette is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Creedence Energy Services, LLC, where they lead talent acquisition and retention strategies, oversees leadership training, compensation, benefits, total rewards, engagement, payroll, mergers & acquisitions, HRIS, and other HR functions. Prior to this role, Kolette held the position of Human Resources Manager at Creedence Energy Services, LLC, where they developed and implemented all HR functions for the company.

Before joining Creedence Energy Services, LLC, Kolette served in several roles at IRET Properties, including VP - Human Resources Management, where they were responsible for strategic alignment, workforce planning, analytics, total rewards design, and board reporting. Kolette also led the HR and payroll functions for the company as part of their role. Additionally, they held the position of VP - Compensation & Benefits, where they focused on plan design and administration, compliance, strategy, and the development of bonus programs. Kolette was also instrumental in leading the transition from a small to a large company during their time as VP Human Resources at IRET Properties.

Earlier in their career, Kolette worked at the City of Sand Point as a Financial Officer, handling various financial responsibilities such as accounts payable and receivable, month-end journal entries, audit functions, and payroll for multiple city departments. Prior to that, they worked at Trident Seafoods Corporation, starting as an Accounts Payable clerk and eventually transitioning into an office position.

Kolette McDonald, SHRM-SCP, obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Washington, where they studied from 1989 to 2004. Prior to their higher education, they attended Monroe High School. In May 2016, Kolette earned their SHRM-SCP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
