Sarah Carroll

Sarah Carroll, P.E., PTOE, is a highly experienced project manager and civil engineer with a strong background in transportation and site development. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Creighton Manning Engineering since March 2023, Sarah previously held roles at Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson from January 2019 to March 2023, where responsibilities included managing the development of plans for road improvements. Sarah's expertise also encompasses designing sites for gasoline and convenience stores at Napierala Consulting Professional Engineer, P.C. from 2014 to 2018, and transportation engineering projects involving site circulation and master planning at Howard/Stein-Hudson Associates. Sarah began the engineering career as an assistant at Dokken Engineering and Nitsch Engineering, following the completion of a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at Northeastern University in 2013.
