Chris Gannon

Head Coach, Men's Cross Country & Track at Creighton University

Chris Gannon is an experienced coach and fitness professional, currently serving as the Head Cross Country & Track Coach at Creighton University since February 2018. Previously, Chris founded and led Game Over Cancer, a non-profit organization focused on raising awareness and funding for cancer treatment. An extensive history in coaching includes roles as Head Coach at Skutt Catholic High School and Gross Catholic High School, where notable achievements included state titles and numerous state qualifiers. Chris's background in fitness management includes a position as Fitness Director at WTS International, overseeing the Hilton Omaha Health Club, and teaching as an Adjunct Instructor at Vatterott College. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Health and Human Performance from Fort Hays State University and a Bachelor of Science in Health, Physical Education, and Recreation from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
