Kate Sampson

Kate Sampson serves as the Senior Director of Principal Gifts at Creighton University, where key responsibilities include implementing stewardship initiatives and fostering collaborations across departments to enhance donor engagement. With a history of leadership roles in nonprofit development, education, and wellness, Kate has owned and operated various ventures, including Quelle Health, an integrative nutrition consultancy, and California Acres, a real estate investment firm. Notable past positions include Director of Development at the NorthStar Foundation and Director of the Magis Catholic Teacher Corps, focused on cultivating future Catholic school educators. Kate holds an MBA in Leadership from Creighton University, a Master’s in Education from the University of Notre Dame, and a Bachelor’s in Theology and Spanish from Saint Louis University.
