Kevin M. Lumbard

Kevin M. Lumbard, PhD, currently serves as an Assistant Professor of Computer Science at Creighton University since June 2023. With extensive experience in academia, Kevin has been a Maintainer and Board Member at CHAOSS since August 2017, contributing to the development of metrics and methodologies for assessing open source project health and sustainability. Previously, Kevin held roles as an Adjunct Professor and Instructor at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, as well as positions in web development and IT support across various companies from 2012 to 2016. Kevin earned a PhD in Information Technology and Human Centered Computing from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, along with an MS in Management Information Systems and a BS in Management Information Systems with Internet Technologies. Kevin also holds an Associate of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Metropolitan Community College.
