Rick Davis

Rick Davis is an experienced communications professional with a career at Creighton University spanning from 1994 to the present, currently serving as the Director of Internal Communications, focusing on Human Resources, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, Mission, and Sustainability. Prior roles include Director of Communications, where responsibilities included managing both internal and external communications and supervising a team of 10, and Editor/Managing Editor of Creighton University Magazine, overseeing an award-winning publication. Additional experiences encompass content direction, interim web management, and publication management. Prior to Creighton, Rick served as Managing Editor at Papillion Times, where management of the news department for four weekly newspapers was a key responsibility. Rick holds a Journalism degree from Creighton University and a Graduate Certification in Ignatian Tradition.
