Nina-Marie Szostek

Nina-Marie Szostek currently serves as a Business Analysis & Applications Specialist in Digital Banking and Transversal Test Chapter Lead at Crelan since July 2022, where responsibilities include developing test policies, implementing the ‘XRAY’ test management tool, organizing monthly test guild meetings, and maintaining communication with stakeholders. Previously, Nina-Marie held the position of Squad Leader for the homebanking application myCrelan and worked as a Test Coordinator in Crelan's Digital Team, as well as Test Analyst roles at Capgemini Belgium and the Vlaamse Overheid, contributing to various testing projects and defect reporting. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Meertalige Communicatie and degrees in Italian and Dutch language studies from KU Leuven, along with an ongoing Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
