Ian Van Handel

Ian Van Handel has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ian served as the Chief Executive Officer of Peter Cremer North America, LP, leading a portfolio of businesses in the United States and Latin America. Ian also held the position of Global Oleo Managing Board Member at CREMER OLEO and was an Investor Member at Queen City Angels.

Prior to these roles, Ian was the President of WILD TONIC - Jun Kombucha and the General Manager at Valid USA, where they had full P&L responsibility for a $40M turn-around business segment. Ian successfully transformed the operation into a consolidation location for an additional $50MM business segment.

Ian's previous experience includes serving as the Vice President-Regional Operations / General Manager at MedPlast Inc., with P&L responsibility for a $35+ million business. Ian also held various positions at Trostel Ltd, including Director of Advanced Engineering & Innovation, Business Unit & Tech. Center Director, and Senior Process Engineer. At Trostel Ltd, Ian led strategic initiatives, managed business units, and oversaw manufacturing operations.

Early in their career, Ian worked as an Industrial Engineer at Suncast Corporation. With their extensive experience in leadership, strategic planning, P&L management, and operations optimization, Ian Van Handel has a strong foundation for success in various industries.

Ian Van Handel has a diverse education history. In 2012 to 2013, they attended Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, where they earned a Kellogg Executive Scholar Certificate in General Management. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2010, Ian pursued a Masters degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Operations & Supply Chain Management at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Lastly, from 2000 to 2002, they attended Northern Michigan University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology Management/Manufacturing.
