Colette Murphy

Colette Murphy is an accomplished professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Leader at CREO since March 2022, where strategic workforce planning and building a diverse talent pipeline are key responsibilities. With extensive experience in real estate as a broker at eXp Realty since December 2019, Colette has previously held significant HR roles including Corporate Recruiter/Talent Acquisition at Alphia and Director of Human Resources at MDO Holdings, where a complete redesign of the HR department was executed. Additional expertise includes managing human resources and administrative functions at Imagenation Systems Inc. and Red Eagle Management Companies. Colette's leadership background also includes serving as President & CEO of Let's Help, Inc. Colette holds a Master of Human Resources & Organization Development from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from The University of Kansas.
