Fred Mosher possesses a diverse background in the restaurant and technology industries, currently serving as Software Systems Coordinator at Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts since April 2023. Prior experience includes positions as TAB Technician at Consolidated Balancing from August 2021 to April 2023 and General Manager at Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant from August 2020 to August 2021. Fred's extensive culinary expertise was honed during a lengthy tenure at BRAVO Cucina Italiana from March 2001 to March 2020, where responsibilities included Executive Chef, Assistant General Manager, and various roles that contributed to leadership and operational success. Educationally, Fred Mosher completed a High School Diploma at Riverdale High School in 2000.
