Daniel Spinath has over 30 years of work experience in the food and beverage, leisure, entertainment, and hospitality industries. Daniel began their career in 1990 as a Management Associate at Citi. In 1992, they moved to Procter & Gamble where they held the role of Senior Brand Manager with local and pan-European brand roles and global brand qualification responsibility. In 1999, they joined The Kraft Heinz Company as General Manager International. In 2002, they moved to Viacom as Group Marketing Director MEA. In 2004, they joined Eurotunnel as an Executive Board Director and also founded Crêpeaffaire, a market-leading group of quick-serve restaurants. In 2009, they founded Entertainment Venture Group International, a venture fund investing in and operating leisure, entertainment and hospitality projects, and also founded Frizzenti Ltd and FizzBars Retail Ltd, a market-leading wines on tap brand. In 2020, they co-founded Tap Inc. and Liberation Cocktails.

Daniel Spinath obtained a Baccalaureate from Gemeentelijk Gymnasium Hilversum (GGH) between 1977 and 1983. Daniel then pursued a BA in Hotel Management from EHL between 1984 and 1987. Finally, they obtained an MBA in International Business from Thunderbird School of Global Management in 1989-1990.
