Dennis Smith

Dennis Smith is an experienced real estate professional, currently serving as the Managing Principal and Market Leader at Cresa since November 2014. Prior to this role, Dennis spent over 24 years at Travers Realty, where responsibilities included serving as Executive Vice President and Managing Director. Earlier in the career, Dennis was a Senior Market Analyst at Cushman Realty Corporation from 1987 to 1990. Dennis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California, completed in 1987, and graduated from Newport Harbor High School in 1982.
