James Pirot

James Pirot is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management, transaction services, and building technology services. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Principal at Cresa since 2013, Pirot previously held the position of Executive Director of Facilities at the School of Visual Arts from 2008 to 2013. Prior experience includes roles as Principal of Design Construction & Consulting Services at The Staubach Company from 2004 to 2006 and Senior Vice President at Helmsley Spear from 1978 to 1998.
