Jim McGrath

Jim McGrath has a diverse work experience in project management and construction. Jim is currently working as the Vice President of Project Management at Cresa. Prior to that, they held various roles at JLL, including Senior Project Manager and Manager of Projects. Jim also worked as a Construction Manager at JLL. Before joining JLL, Jim worked as a Project Manager at Harvey-Cleary Builders, where they managed construction projects in the Washington D.C. area. Jim also has experience as a Sustainability Director, Digital Informations Manager, and Investor at Nooknack.com, LLC. Jim started their career as a Project Engineer at Sustainable Solutions Corporation, where they managed green building projects and provided design consultation.

Jim McGrath attended Penn State University from 2001-2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering. Jim also holds a LEED AP certification from USGBC.
