Marc Alexa

As a vice president at Cresa Detroit, Marc brings to the team more than 20 years of project management experience from his involvement in a range of multi-million-dollar higher education, K-12 education, restaurant, retail, and infrastructure projects.

Marc’s leadership abilities complement his drive to foresee and overcome project challenges from conception through closeout. By building genuine relationships with owners, contractors, and architects/engineers, Marc brings development teams together to prevent schedule and budget setbacks during planning and construction.
