Matthew Sacks

Matthew Sacks currently serves as Vice President at Cresa, the world's largest occupier-only commercial real estate firm, since March 2025. Prior to this role, Matthew was an Advisor at Cresa from September 2019 to December 2022 and completed an internship in Multi-Family Housing at CBRE. Early experiences include internships in commercial real estate at Open Space Real Estate and as a Construction Management Intern at Maryland Financial Investors. Matthew holds a Master's Degree in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Metropolitan Studies with a minor in Business Administration from Towson University.
