Ryan Pettersen

Ryan Pettersen is a seasoned office broker professional specializing in Landlord and Tenant representation in the greater Los Angeles Area. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Cresa since June 2023, Ryan previously held the same title at JLL from June 2019 to June 2023 and was Vice President of Commercial Real Estate at CBRE from September 2012 to June 2019. Ryan's career began at CBRE through the esteemed Wheel Program, providing exposure to various real estate and financial disciplines such as investment sales, debt & equity finance, and office brokerage. Ryan holds a BA in International Business and Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder and an MBA in Finance from California Lutheran University.
