Susan Granson

Susan Granson is a seasoned professional in the real estate and construction industries, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Cresa. With extensive experience in various leadership roles, Susan held the position of Director of Interior Construction Services at Northwood Office from March 2017 to July 2022 and at The Bissell Companies from August 2015 to March 2017. Prior to these roles, Susan was a Senior Property Manager at Mainstreet Real Estate Services (November 2013 - August 2015) and spent over 16 years at Childress Klein, where multiple positions included Property Manager II and Senior Facility Manager. Earlier in Susan's career, from May 1990 to December 1997, responsibilities as Senior Property Manager/Broker-in-charge were undertaken at Dean Witter Realty, Inc. Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, earned between 1980 and 1984.
