Zach McLaren

Zach McLaren, SIOR, currently serves as Principal at Cresa, beginning in September 2021, where Zach operates as a strategic business partner and thought leader in commercial real estate (CRE), specializing in managing diverse portfolios and aligning real estate strategies with organizational goals. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield and Associate Director at Mohr Partners, as well as several positions in instructional design and project management at TheraSim, Inc., the University of North Carolina Wilmington, and Trinity College School. Zach holds a Master of Science in Instructional Technology from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Victoria.
