Kris Beveridge currently serves as the Head of AI Deployment and Customer Support at Crescendo since February 2024, having previously held the role of Head of AI Service Delivery. Prior to this, Kris was the Head of Customer at Fotech Group from September 2022 to July 2023. At EvaluAgent®, Kris held the positions of Chief Customer Officer and Head of Customer Success from November 2020 to July 2022. Kris also has extensive experience at Zendesk, where roles included Director of Customer Experience for Emerging Products, Director of Customer Advocacy EMEA, Senior Manager EMEA Support, and Founding Team and Customer Support Manager EMEA from March 2010 to December 2019. Earlier career experience includes Technical Compliance Consultant and Helpdesk Manager at Cashbox PLC from 2005 to 2009.
