Myles Hornsby

Myles Hornsby is currently a Senior Enterprise Solutions Engineer at Crescendo since October 2025, with a strong background in sales engineering focused on Intelligent Virtual Agents, advanced solutions, and artificial intelligence in cloud contact center offerings. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Solutions Consultant at PolyAI and a Solutions Consultant at Five9, where Myles acted as an ambassador for Five9 Studio products.
