Chris Streeks has over a decade of work experience in the technology industry. Chris started their career as an IT Intern at Cushing Academy, where they provided help desk support and repaired and deployed laptops. Later, they worked as a Systems Administrator Intern at Blue Vase Marketing, handling desktop and network administration. At Roundarch Isobar, they served as a Desktop Administrator Intern, providing first-line support and customer service for IT-related issues.

Streeks then joined Dell as an Undergraduate Senior Analyst, where they interned and worked alongside SAN technology experts in hardware and software sustaining engineering. After that, they worked at Kaspersky Lab as a Systems Engineer, serving as a technical resource for the sales team and representing the enterprise product line. Chris also hosted webinars, spoke at events, and exhibited at trade shows.

Currently, Streeks is employed at Yubico as a Senior Solutions Engineer, specializing in the Financial services sector. Chris works with Fortune 500 companies to solve complex multi-factor authentication issues. In this role, they wear multiple hats, including sales engineering, B2B partner integration support, webinar hosting, and event speaking.

Throughout their career, Streeks has gained expertise in various operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and OSX. Chris has experience with enterprise-grade firewall software, such as Barracuda, and has presented at renowned events like RSA and HIMSS. Chris is also an avid Powershell enthusiast.

Chris Streeks attended Mount Wachusett Community College from 2008 to 2010, where they earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Computer Information Systems. From 2010 to 2014, they then attended Wentworth Institute of Technology, majoring in Network Engineering. During their time at Wentworth, they obtained a certification as a Kaspersky Lab Certified Professional for Kaspersky Security Center 10 in May 2014. Recently, in April 2022, they obtained the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from (ISC)².
