Sarah Ellenberg is an experienced professional in insights and optimization, currently serving as Vice President at Crescendo since October 2024. In this role, Sarah leads initiatives across multiple areas, including Quality, Training, and Workforce Management, with a focus on enhancing customer experience through strategic alignment of insights, people, and technology. Previously, at PartnerHero from July 2019 to October 2024, Sarah held several positions including Vice President of Insights & Optimization and Head of Global Quality, driving operational quality and support for both human and AI agents. With a background that includes roles at Airbnb and various financial institutions, Sarah has developed strong expertise in customer support operations and quality assurance. Sarah holds a BBA in Marketing from Hardin-Simmons University.
