Jasmine Shively

Jasmine Shively has a diverse work experience history in the healthcare and fitness industry. Jasmine served in various roles at California Family Fitness, including Club Supervisor and Assistant Operations Manager. At Grand Rounds, they progressed from Care Coordinator to Senior Manager of Member Services. Most recently, Jasmine was the Head of Patient Operations at Crescendo Health. Jasmine'sexpertise lies in member support, care coordination, and patient operations.

Jasmine Shively completed an Associate's Degree in Administration of Justice at American River College from 2011 to 2014. Jasmine then went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from California State University-Sacramento from 2014 to 2016. Most recently, Jasmine completed a Master's degree in Cyber Security & IT Management at Southern New Hampshire University from 2019 to 2021. Additionally, they obtained certifications as a Personal Trainer from the American Council on Exercise (ACE Fitness) in 2022 and as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Purdue University Global in 2021.
