Brad Blanchard, PHR has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Brad started their career at Atlas in 2011, where they served as an HR/Payroll Coordinator for five years. In 2016, Brad joined Crescent Bank as a Payroll & HR Coordinator before transitioning to the role of HR Generalist in 2017. Brad later became an HRIS Analyst in 2020 and then an HR Manager in 2021. Currently, Brad holds the position of Vice President Human Resources at Crescent Bank. Additionally, they worked at Careerosophy as a Career Coach/Resume Writer from 2018 to 2019.
