Ryan Lynch, CPA, currently serves as the SVP Finance and Chief Accounting Officer at Crescent Biopharma since December 2024. Prior to this role, Ryan held the position of VP Finance at Kelonia Therapeutics from November 2021 to December 2024. Experience includes serving as Sr. Director, Corporate Controller at Morphic Therapeutic and Concert Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Ryan's earlier roles encompass various positions in financial and accounting management, including Accounting Manager at Sarepta Therapeutics and Accounting Manager at VetCor, among others. Ryan's extensive background in SEC reporting, SOX compliance, and technical accounting is supported by a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.
