Paul Lipka, CPA has a diverse work experience in various financial and managerial roles. Paul currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Crescent Brands since September 2021. Previously, they worked as the Regional Controller/Vice President of Finance at Bunzl Distribution NA for nearly 9 years, where they managed financial planning and reporting activities for the organization. Prior to that, Lipka was the Divisional CFO/Vice President of Finance at Omron Healthcare, Inc., where they directed finance, information technology, and services for the US Healthcare Division. Paul also held the role of General Manager of Customer and Financial Services at Omron Healthcare. Lipka's experience also includes working as the Director of Reporting & Analysis at Alliant Food Service and as the Controller at Sysmex America, Inc. Paul started their career at Arthur Andersen & Co. as a Manager, where they handled audit engagements for manufacturing and service companies.

Paul Lipka, CPA has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, which they obtained from 1998 to 1999. Paul'sundergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting, which they completed from Marquette University between 1983 and 1987. Additionally, Paul Lipka is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and is registered with the State of Illinois. Paul obtained their CPA certification in September 2018.
