Will Vogt is an experienced professional in the real estate and construction industries, currently serving as a General Contractor at Crescent Canyon Management since April 2014. In this role, Will focuses on providing valuable renovations and remodels and also co-founded and manages property and asset management services for apartment communities in the Greater Los Angeles Area. As a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at 3SC Capital Partners, LLC, Will specializes in multifamily asset investments with a value-add approach. Previous experiences include Senior Project Manager roles at JLL, where Will led change management initiatives and managed corporate real estate consulting for a Fortune 15 client. Will holds an MBA in Real Estate and a Master's in Real Estate Development from USC, along with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Southern California.
